The Graduate School of Business (GSB) of Chonnam National University (CNU) in Gwangju Korea is accepting applications for its special MBA scholarship program offered jointly with LG Innotek, a world’s leading multinational electronic component company producing LED, PCB and mobile display. The company has established production subsidiaries in Huizhou, Yantai, Fuzhou in China, Jawa Barat in Indonesia, and Kobierzyce in Poland as well as numerous sales branches across the globe.
As a business school of the second largest national university in Korea offering world class standardized MBA education, the CNU GSB collaborates with LG Innotek in bringing up future leaders in this dynamic global business environment. The school and the company provide various scholarships to promising students who excel academically and have potentials to contribute to the world economy. Those who are qualified will receive: 1. the scholarship for the MBA program, 2. Internship opportunity in LG Innotek, and 3. Possible job placement in the company upon the completion of the program. The amount of scholarships, worth up to USD23,000, vary to the qualifications of applicants and their academic performance after the admission. Those who are interested can email CNU GSB to prove their academic excellence and achievements by providing their resume, transcripts, certifications of awards and honors, and proof of English proficiency such as a TOEFL or IELTS score. Applications are received until May 28, 2010 for the academic year of 2010 starting in August 30.
